Job Description of Senior Key Accounts at Varuna Logistics

Outstanding:

Checking delivery status of LRs in OTM and approving Invoices

Preparing soft  copy  for bills submitted to clients

Preparing  outstanding on week basis and providing to  HOD

Preparing  PAD & updating  payment collection  in ERP on receipt of payment .

Updating  claim deduction in  ERP in recoverable module

Updating  Overdue Bill remarks in ERP

Shortage-damage :

Updating day to day claim in DEPs based on information received from delivery

branch

Follow-up with branches related to Claim for getting  amendment to PODs

Verification of SRA with POD bearing   claim

Closing  Shortage/Damage case  in DEPS

Reconciling  claim  and providing  supporting  in case of wrong deduction made by clients

Operation:

Follow up with branches for vehicles placement

Rates calculation in case of  diesel  escalation

Sending detail to credit control  to update/ extend  rate to new lanes in ERP

Revert Process :

Doing follow up with branches  to recover claim from market vehicles in case of shortage /damage/Accident

Preparing  vouchers to revert  claim not recoverable from clients as well as MV

Report :

All report/Analysis as  required by HOD

Report on Delivery efficiency -month wise &  client wise

Report related to OTM

Primary Responsibilities :

• Outstanding, Shortage-damage, Operation and Revert Process

Educational qualifications preferred for The Senior Account Executive

• Category : Bachelor's Degree
  
• Field specialization: Sales, merchandising and other allied operations
  
• Degree:
• Academic score: 50 %
• 
  

Required work experience : 2 to 3 Years

Key Performance Indicators :

• UVD: No marks in case of >= extra 5 hours taken than targeted, Scope for over-achievement, max 120% of wtg."
• Sales Target: No marks below 70% achievement, Scope for over-achievement, max 120% of wtg."
• Share of Business: No marks below 70% achievement, Every % change carries 4% marks weightage"
• Short and/ or Damages: No negative marking b. scope of over-achievement, max 120% of wtg. c. Each higher % S&D carries 20% marks of wtg; each lesser % S&D claim value carries 10% marks upto a max of 120% of weightage"
• Daily Sales Outstanding: negative marking b. scope of over-achievement, max 120% of wtg., Score of 0 (zero) equal to & above 10 days outside TAT"
